Dilini is a Senior Financial Advisor and Board-Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.

She oversees her team’s Full Balance Sheet approach to Financial Planning, helping clients define objectives, align investing with purpose via Impact Investing, and monitor progress to reaching goals. With a plan in place, clients find it easier to stay on track, remain focused, and ultimately generate successful outcomes.

With a niche focus in Wealth Management for musicians and artists, Dilini has been selected to attend the SXSW Music Festival and Conference as specialist in Financial Planning (Austin, TX 2017 – 2021) and served as Panelist at the Mondo Music Industry Conference (New York, NY 2019, 2020), along with serving as Guest Lecturer at the University of Texas Butler School of Music (Austin, TX 2019).

Dilini also leads her team’s Fiduciary Advisory Retirement Plan Services for Small Businesses and Non-profit organizations, working with clients’ Senior leadership to design a Retirement Plan and Benefits Offering suited for each organization.

An MBA alumna of IAE Business School (ARG) and London Business School (UK), Dilini spent 5 years as a Management Consultant, designing strategic business solutions for Top 100 firms, Sovereign Nations and NGOs in LATAM. Previous experience in non-profit/civil service include: Mother Jones Magazine, AmeriCorps, and Jollyville Fire Department & EMS.

Dilini is an active supporter of Austin Children’s Shelter – SAFE (Stop Abuse For Everyone) in her hometown of Austin, TX.
